Hailing from the streets of Harlem in the 1920s, Lindy Hop is a lively swing dance with roots in jazz, tap, breakaway, and Charleston. It is danced primarily to swing jazz music, in both social and performative settings. As the pioneer swing dance club for tertiary students in Singapore, we warmly welcome you to delight in the spirit of jazz together with a passionate, tight-knit community.
Since 2007, the NTU Animal Lovers Society (ALS) has brought together students who care deeply about animal welfare and conservation. As one of NTU’s most active and purpose-driven clubs, we believe in giving animals a voice, through hands-on work, education, and advocacy. Whether you're an experienced volunteer or exploring animal causes for the first time, ALS offers a supportive space to learn, grow, and create meaningful impact.

Introducing: NTU’s resident guitar ensemble! Picture an orchestra, where every instrument is a guitar. We adopt the Niibori five-guitar system established by Dr Hiroki Niibori in 1957, but constantly push the boundaries of what a classical guitar ensemble can deliver with our annual concert, Nocturne. Look no further than Nocturne’s past editions: from Bizet’s “Habanera,” to John Powell’s iconic “How To Train Your Dragon” pieces and K-Pop stars SEVENTEEN’s “Pretty U,” we perform anything and everything (with guitars)!
Did you know? We perceive up to 80% of all impressions through our sense of sight - from subtle facial expressions and body language to gestures and movement. Imagine navigating the world without it! At WSC Regular Service Project Vision Of Hope (RSPVH), we step into this perspective and walk alongside the visually impaired community in Singapore; learning from them, serving with them and growing together.
Regular Service Project Vision Of Hope (RSPVH) is a volunteering initiative under NTU Welfare Services Club, committed to empowering the visually impaired community in Singapore. Whether you're a seasoned volunteer or new to community service, if you have a heart to serve and a willingness to learn, RSPVH is the place for you.

Every Shot Counts: Life at NTU Archery Club
There’s a special kind of silence right before you release an arrow—the world fades, your focus sharpens, and it’s just you and the target. That moment is a core memory for many in NTU Archery Club (NTUAC), and it perfectly captures the spirit of what we do.

NTU Cru is part of a global Christian community that builds up students in their faith in Christ Jesus so that they can be sent to reach more with the good news of the Gospel. Our vision is for everyone in NTU to know someone who truly follows Jesus. I remember seeing this ‘DNA’ very vividly in the weekly activities that the CCA conducts.
Every week, students of the same academic year and gender meet in small groups (called Discipleship Groups (DGs)) to study the Bible and share their thoughts, experiences, and struggles with each other.
"Home is not where you live but where they understand you."
For many of us in NTU Christian Fellowship (NTU-CF), this statement hits home. Whether it’s being connected with fellow Christians on campus, or in other student ministries in Singapore and even around the world, or simply being able to explore the word of God in our home languages, NTU-CF is a place which ensures that you can understand, while being understood.
Our Purpose:
Harmonix is NTU’s official contemporary A cappella club. It was created in 2015 by a group of like-minded individuals with a passion for A cappella music, to bring this unique artform to NTU. Through ‘A cappella’, we showcase music without the use of instrumental accompaniment, using only our voices. In the past 10 years, we have come a long way with many memories and achievements to our name.

💃 Get on Sync with Salsa En Sync – Where Every Step Feels Like Home!
There’s something electrifying about Salsa – it’s more than just a dance, it’s a celebration of connection, rhythm, and expression. What makes it truly unique is how it fuses shines (solo choreography that lets you flaunt your personal flair) with partnerwork (where teamwork and chemistry bring the stage to life). It’s a rare and rewarding mix that few dance forms offer – bold, intimate, and thrilling all at once.
I still remember one night after practice – a bunch of us crammed into a Grab, sweaty, laughing, and hyped up from rehearsing spins that still made us dizzy. Those random late-night suppers, the endless warmup chatter, and surprise birthday celebrations are what truly define Salsa En Sync. We’re more than a club – we’re a family with flair. ❤️
Imagine this—you and your bestie were sitting on a table, having lunch while chatting away about your daily lives. You just told her about some funny thing your dog did over the weekend and she was splitting her sides with laughter. Suddenly, she went silent, her face went pale as panic rose to her head. She seemed to be trying to signal something to you, opening her mouth while grasping at her throat. You tried your best to understand her but to no avail. No comprehensible sound was coming out of her as she firmly tapped her chest with her hands. Then, it clicked. She was choking! With record speed you jumped to your feet, got behind her and performed the Heimlich maneuver. She coughed out the food and began to breathe normally again. You sighed in relief as your bestie survived to live another day.

Hi there! Let me share a quick bit about this small club of mine, known as NTU Aikido!
Aikido is a Japanese martial art which started in the early 20th century. The founder, Morihei Ueshiba, drew inspiration from his religious endeavours, personal philosophy and knowledge of other martial arts like Aikijiujitsu to found this new style.
Aikido (合氣道) can be loosely translated as “The Way of Harmony with Spirit”. Its governing principles emphasise the cultivation of oneself, deeming aggression as unjust to one’s character. This philosophy extends into techniques aiming to neutralise aggression with minimal exertion from the Aikido practitioner.
"Every second counts."
Did you know that nearly 1 in 3 deaths in Singapore is due to heart disease or stroke? Every day, 23 lives are lost to cardiovascular disease (Singapore Heart Foundation). With early CPR and a defibrillator, survival rates can improve drastically. At CDLH, we believe everyone can be a lifesaver—and we aim to empower NTU students with the life-saving skills to protect others, possibly someone’s loved one.
Our Purpose: Empowering Women in Tech
NTU Women in Tech (WiT) was founded with a clear mission: to break barriers and create equal opportunities for women to thrive in technology. We provide a safe, inclusive space where NTU students—regardless of experience—can explore tech, build confidence, and grow their careers. By connecting with industry leaders and offering hands-on learning opportunities, we aim to bridge the gender gap and drive real impact in tech.
