[U-CARE] SPORTHALON Kinball Workshops

The Sporthalon program introduces youth to various sports and exercise techniques, including home-based workouts and proper warm-up/cool-down routines, to achieve Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity (MVPA).

Learn Pickleball (28 March) or Kinball (4 April).

This event is supported by Health Promotion Board.

Remarks

  • Wear your sports attire

  • Bring your water bottle and exercise towel

  • Bring along your matriculation card for identification purposes
